There are many ways to place your order with our Company.  If you have another way or software system that you would like to order your title work through, please contact Debbie Haught, Vice President of Title Insurance.  If you would like to review rates for the amount of title insurance you will need, click on the appropriate link below, i.e., for either a Standard or Eagle policy.  However, we encourage you to contact the Agency to obtain an accurate quote.

To expedite your order and to assist us in obtaining the quickest service possible to you, it is important that you indicate which county the property is located in and, if available, include the tax identification number and the legal description.  In addition, if you need closing services, it is important to order that service at the time you place your title order.

After your order is placed with the Agency, you will receive a confirmation of your order via fax.  The confirmation will indicate the Agency's file number.  Please refer to the file number when calling the office.
